Cantor Gabe Snyder

I am the Cantor at Temple Beth Avodah in Newton, MA. I was ordained by the Debbie Friedman School of Sacred Music at Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion in May, 2024.

I served as the Cantor and Religious School Director at Temple Beth Shalom in Annapolis, MD, having previously served as their Cantorial intern while in school. I also interned at Congregation B’nai Jeshurun in Short Hills, NJ, and at Hevreh of Southern Berkshire in Great Barrington, MA. I was a proud co-creator of the podcast Drinking and Drashing: Torah with a Twist.
